October 2, 2017 – Peter Engelbrecht, CEO at Firmafon, dove into his record-high sales using cohort analysis. The analysis showed that the record-high sales turned into record-high churn rates.

Based on the analysis, Firmafon terminated their collaboration with external sales partners, because the sales generated through the partners resulted in significantly higher churn rates than the sales made by the internal sales staff – and get his answer to why the partners performed worse than expected.
